First ... let's present us ...

We are true lovers of the Pretty stone and admiring the huge world cultural heritage history it leaves over time ...

.... So ... we met Loches 10 years ago.... And especially this house which was in itself ... . .... A true "love story".

Restaurant and Hotel owners, near the largest airport in France for over 20 years.
  Jostled by a grueling pace of work, constant stress, which ultimately cut us off more and more of the true meaning of our work,
and began to affect our health.
  We have scoured the region, in 3 years of visiting dozens of homes, just to find a way to escape us,
change of life, find life more ...
... Well, life ... .. with real pleasure to share a "good life"
... and catch up in recent years working 14h/jour, 7days on 7, all year long ...

Modest amateur artists, we also wanted to find pleasure in life, like trying to "paint the canvas"
in a nice and quiet  "framework",
or the land of local products provides "inspiration"
to food, or "shades"
and "nuances"
of wines from the region, for each term that will bloom in the hills of our rivers, "Adds Color '

.... finally, to perform, to enjoy and share this picture every moment,
in the heart of a beautiful historical gallery.

The house from our stone yard

Naturally and logically, has made the encounter with this so romantic house, where, (but we have learned after ..),
gallery owners, art lovers, and many painters and artists have Stayed during the last century.
  We signed it (we should say...her...) after 2 hours (visit's time..!! )

A "Coup de coeur" for this "rendez-vous" in  the heart of this pretty Touraine,
where everything is a reminder of Arts, Culture, and the fabulous history of the last centuries
, our house has followed since its construction in the fifteenth century.

"A Loches, vous verrez 1000 ans en un jour" . "At Loches, you will see 1000 years in a day"
said a famous traveler of the nineteenth century.
  ... He is still right, 100 years later ....
This city has so much through the centuries, despite the ravages of time and men.

She even resisted rather well to the waves of "concreters.
.. ..Hope it lasts much longer.

  During the last 9 years,  we have spent much by passion  For the House of Roy Argentier, including and especially, time, to repair, restore, protect, beautify their gardens, restore the splendor and its white special stone, cleaning nearly 1500 meter sq facades, manually, ourselselves.

Summary, the brilliance it deserves. A New Renaissance (.. And it's a word, symbolical, here ...).

  This house is one of the most beautiful of Loches, and such a site .. unique...!
 It was a shame not to share the joy of living there.

Hosting guests is also an exciting experience, that make her relive her life as a great busy family home house thus to offer new financial resources to complete its restoration. furnishings and maintenance.

To give maximum opportunity for the next 500 years.
.And.. Reach, also the 1000 years .. why not; ..?
